need info on waste disposal and water replenish

I am looking into buying an airstream. With any model there is the fact of sewage disposal and water replenish. I have no idea of what is available. When I get an airstream I will be using it 24/7, parked for the majority of the year and hopefully cross country a little bit. Also are there any models that have washer/dryers? Used and inexpensive.

When people use a trailer in one spot for an extended period it is customary to run water, electric, and sewer lines to the vicinity of the trailer and use flexible connections for the last 10 feet or so.

No Airstream came stock with a clothes washer or dryer. Even in larger RVs where they are more common many people find them more trouble than they're worth. The Splendide combination washer/dryer in a single unit seems to be the most popular but people complain about the small load size and long cycle time.
