Looking for opinions

Tomorrow Im going to look at a '72 25 foot Land Yacht. I havent seen any photos and am so far going only by my cousin's "she looks OK to me".I talked to the owners wife, and was informed it doesnt leak, has two dimples, interior is intact except for two broken tambor doors, and the air conditioner doesnt blow cold. Furnace, referidgerator, water heater and plumbing all work. the asking price is 3500.00 or best offer. I know I or you havent seen this unit, but assuming reasonable condition, is this a good deal? It sounds reasonable to me.

Check out the axles.

If they are bad, that will cost you $1500.00, plus shipping to replace.

The following article, will teach you how to check them out in 30 seconds.
