Rivet Has anyone dealt with Dillon's RV City in AZ?

I am making an overseas move and must sell the Airstream (booo). Instead of trying to sell on my own in a short period of time, I am considering consigning through Dillon's in Phoenix.
Has anyone dealt with them- buying or selling?? I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

I brought my 2000 Safari to them to sell. They were so low that I sold it on the AS Forum in two weeks. Dillons is NOT the way to sell your AS. Try Craigs List or AS Forum first.

Good Luck.

Have you considered listing your Airstream on this site "Classified"?

For used units, I would avoid the middleman as a seller or buyer. If you must use an AZ dealer, check with Oasis in Tucson. They are reputable and Airstream exclusive. When we found our new-to-us 25FB, we strictly watched the classifieds here. It's a great place to buy or sell.

I'd sell my widebody too if going overseas ... but would search for a Caravel or Bambi right away! Hope your travels are rewarding!!

You can get up and rolling in classifieds right away after reading this - http://www.airforums.com/forums/f138...tml#post612696

Is yours a twin bed or queen? I know someone who wants a 25' FB with twins.

Thanks everyone. I will just post here in classifieds in the next day or so. Bob, I have a queen bed- no twins.

Had a bad experience at Dillon when shopping for our 19-foot Bambi. Got the used-car, fast-talking, back-room-dealing shuffle.

We drove from Phoenix to Tucson to purchase; even though Dillon is in east-side suburbs. Dillon told us that they charged only full MSRP, because they have lots of customers and don't have to discount. We finally bought from Oasis RV in Tucson. The Oasis salesperson was very open in negotiations, and we got a fair price.
