You have been given quite a bit of info here but let me add another thought.
Don't ever buy a new or nearly new trailer unless you have owned other trailers in the past or have unlimited financial resources. Why do I say this? because you will never find what you really need or want in your first rig.
Question that. That is why you find nearly new trailer on dealers lots that only have 1 or 2 trips o them.

And is it a single A/C 30 amp or a dual A/C 50 amp?

What do I know??

We bought our first AS used and loved every day we owned it...our second was bought new and it took five years until expectations were met,(work finished) and we fell in love.
Bright & shiny overwhelmed us 😳...I recommend gently used...who knows you may not enjoy the lifestyle at all.

I took a closer look at the floor plan for the bunk. There is NO PLACE to sit down except the dinette. Think of 5 people in there on a rainy day.

Our first box said it slept 9. Yes it could but they would have to go bare foot as there was no place to put the shoes. We did not have 9 and I removed several beds to fit it out for the 4 of us.

What ever you look at sit in it for a half hour and think about things.

Buying new

If you buy new unit, Shave 20% off of MSRP and have them include the hitch. Tell them that is what you will pay, bottom line out the door. Pay the state tax separately when you register it in your home state. If that dealer will not agree, call or go to another one. Worked for me on our new 2017 Int. Serenity 23D purchased at Colonial Airstream. Great folks to buy from. Good luck and welcome to the Airstream world.

A full days drive isn't that bad we drove 800 miles looking at one and spent one night in a motel and glad we did it looked good in pictures but was not worth 1/2 what they were asking .

The 30' FB Flying Cloud Bunk has a couch directly across from the dinette.

We are in south Louisiana. The trailer is a 2018 Signature 30RB Twin dual A/C. With dealer fees it was being offered at $74,800.

They charge junk fees because people keep paying them. It is charity.

We purchased a used 2013 30' International from a private seller / first owner. At the time, it was almost 5 years old. For us, it turned out to be a great decision, but at the time, we didn't really know that. I agree that used 1-owner, 2 to 4 years, is probably the best way to go, with purchase from the owner. It may take you longer to find what you want, but it will be worth it in the long run.

Some AS dealers offer an additional warranty that covers everything...a/c, frig, etc. and will give additional 15% range discount. Good AS dealers are invested in their customers and provide ongoing resource. There are many issues, often subtle, which they recognize and know, which can head off problems. On our third, and first brand new, GO TO AN AS DEALER and bargain. We bought an 82k sticker price trailer, serviced out ready to roll, with the additional warranty and several comps, for about 71K cash. PLUS we get an ongoing discount on any supplies, equipment, or purchases. We are active in WBCCI and lead caravans and our view is the strong majority thought. Remember the secondary resale market is best for strong condition unrestored rigs. Travel safely. J.

An add-on warrantee that covers everythng, I'd have to see that in person...my 45yr service experience 'sez... impossible.
I know of less than a dozen in the auto field that we used that were useful, NONE cover everything.
Any warrantee not offered by the manufacturer
is a crap shoot to say the least...🤔
My advise...whatever the 'warrantee' costs, put the money in an AS bank account and use it for upgrades and repairs as needed.

I would never buy new again, if I bought it would be "gently used" no more than 3yrs old.
Patience required.👍

If this is the unit of your dreams offer them what you are willing to pay plus taxes if it passes your inspection. But do not let them add on charges above your offer. Their asking price should already include their prep charges etc. The same applies to Hunter Dad's unit
