What size are you looking for?
Old, newer, brand new?
Did you check your local laws on weights, sizes and tongue weight?
Are electric brakes legal in Holland?
How about the appliances? Some countries do not allow certain propane appliances.
Most likely your voltage is 230V, which means the entire electrical system needs ot be changed to accomodate this, unless youwant to run a huge transformer, like the ones the Army in Europe uses for their 120V washing machines etc.

The only way you can check brakes and other things like that is check it in person. You cannot make a visual inspection of brakes.

You could ask the seller to show pictures of a compass that moves when brakes are applied. Or even better a video of the event.

Gas lines can be verified by video of propane stove in operation and video of thermometer changing temperature as the heater or furnace is running.

A video of the hot water heater flame would probably work.

As for transfomers, they are not that big and you could conceal the transformer under the bed or gaucho couch.

Dont be intimidated, jump in and get an Airstream.

I would recommend a 4 to 6 meter unit for the Netherlands.
