Another mid-size rear bed model, nice compact setup for a young family. An RV version of the tiny house movement.

Nice open floor plan. Swap the useless dinette for a couple of recliners and I would consider it.

Love the U shaped dinette in the front. If there was a way to store the table when not needed, it would make for a great seating area. Of course I'd like to see one up close first.

The drawing shows a line down the center of the dinette table or is that just what the cushions would look like in the bed mode. I wonder if the table is articulated.

Nice size wardrobe and more space around the queen bed.

I wonder if there will be exposed drawers between the stove and sink vs cabinet doors with drawers behind. Don't know why they do that in the 28.

I wouldn't mind seeing a couch vs the dinette with an extendible table adjacent to the sink. The couch would be nice if they had foot rests that swing out. It would make that area more spacious.

The problem with Airstream seating that is convertible to a bed, is they are flat-topped plywood benches with a cushion on top. Ouch.

This would be an excellent model to offer a recliner option with a folding dining/work table between them, or a comfy sofa in front such as in the new Classic. A travel trailer-for-two, entertain guests on the patio under the awning.

Looks like table is two pieces both of which can be stored in the compartment below the TV to created a curved couch/seating area or you can keep 1/2 the table in place and turn it sideways to create a kind a left/right lounger with a table in the middle. The seating is advertised as improved with memory foam and extra padding. Love the floor plan with full bath in one room

We like the 26U video Patrick from Colonial did which shows very well the features, storage of table's in closet, etc. Wish it came in a Twin version and we would be very interested. We also like the "after" modification on the 25' FC Twin with Gourmet Lounge from Airstream Adventures, except the additional $7200 for the upgrade. The 26U however, has a nicer table arrangement and looked more luxurious. Any specs or pricing yet on 26U?

The prototype was on display at Airstream last week. About the only thing I really liked about the floor plan was the large wardrobe. U dinette is nice if you want to seat a bunch of people to eat but way bigger than I need. Also only a queen and I wouldn't consider anything but twins. Also didn't really like the overall look of the trailer but can't really give a reason why. Although lots of people seem to like this design I suspect a fair number of them would change their minds if they saw it in person. Colonial has a bunch on order so they must think it'll be a big seller.

Interesting you say that; wife and I looked at the video's again, and the floor plan layout; it seems to be a bit tight and "closter-phobic" compared to 25' Twin we have....your missing the extra windows on the lounge area by TV also...I do like the functionality of the 2 piece tables, however. For us, mostly just us 2, perhaps 4 for cards or dinner, but mostly 2, it would be nice to use the single table, rotated lengthwise, while we played games or ate popcorn while watching tv from the lounge area...it also looked very luxurious in the way they upholstered the U couch. I still like the Grand Gourmet addition with the drawers...that is functional.
Oh- think list for the U is around $86K? ouch!
