2011 Flying Cloud 28 - Fair Price?

Looking at a 2011 FC 28ft RB for sale at a dealer. Dealer wants $44K. Bank has valued it at $35K (of course using NADA from what I've read on these forums is not that accurate). Any opinions on price?

I have no opinion as to the price but the dealer has a better idea than the bank. On a used trailer I would want to inspect everything, stating with the tires. How old are they, and what are they? Then on to the brakes and axles. Frame issues? Moving on to the interior, looking for soft spots in the floor. Plug it in to city water, any signs of leaks? Fill the fresh water tank and check the pump, again looking for leaks. Water heater working correctly? What kind of converter/charger does it have? Single stage or multi? Load test the batteries. Heater and ac both working? How are the awnings? Windows all work? Door fit correctly? If all that gets checked off, it could be a great trailer.
