obtaining a title in Illinois

Anyone know of any good was to go about getting title in the state of IL? I purchased a landyacht from NY with a bill of sale only, and not sure what options I may have other than a bonded title.

to register a vehicle manufactured from 1973 or newer in NY, you need a title.

if the trailer was registered in ny by the prior owner, they should be able to request a duplicate title. it can take 2-6 weeks.
