Need to know Airstream year...can you help?

Hi..I'm brand new to this forum...so be "gentle" with me if I make any mistakes...lol...I am trying to sell an vintage Airstream for a 80 plus yr old friend of mine. He doesn't have a title for it as it was on this land he bought years ago. My problem is I have no idea what year it is. I know by the tag by the door it is a "Soveriegn of the Road"...and I know it is 30 ft long. The tag by the door has the number... O 5227 on it. On the tongue in front of the hitch there are a series of numbers....2090113...2166208...and 2178094 .
Can someone out there help me figure out the age?
I would really appreciate it....

hi...thanks for answering. Wow if it's a 1958 that would be really cool. If I can figure out how to send pictures I will. I have lots of them. Was going to post them to the archive....was waiting to be sure what the year is before I do. Hey...believe it or not...I was born in Concord, NH. I live in the Mohave Desert in Arizona now...what a big change that is. lol....
