Help Me Identify My New 50's Flying Cloud!

Hello all,

I have searched and searched but can't find any helpful information on this 50's flying cloud I just bought. It came without a title and its been completely gutted but overall it's in solid condition. The problem is I don't know how to identify what I've bought!

There is a 7 digit number sloppily welded to the inside of the frame tongue that reads FD554KD and the blue number plate has the serial number 03456. Other than that there is nothing else.

Hopefully someone can assist in identifying this sweet piece of history.

Thanks!
