New Insurance? Who to choose?

Has anyone heard of or used the insurance company called FCIS?
I got a quote for a 25' 2004 Safari at full replacement value of $31,000
for $338 per month. $500 deductible and $750 max for towing. Got their flyer in the mail so I called….Progressive was $407.
Any feedback would really help.

Don't know your situation (age, driving record, etc.) which certainly (and significantly) impacts your quote, but we just put a Progressive policy on my Classic 30 for replacement value and $2,500 deductibles for just a hair over $500 for the YEAR. We have an emergency fund, so we usually go with the highest deductibles that are offered so that we might get lower rates. Sometimes that doesn't make for good math/common sense, so you've got to run the calculations.

To me, both of those quotes sound awfully high.
