It's clearly a 1963
Airstream based upon a variety of details. It is most likely a 24' Tradewind - the longest single axle model offered in 1963
Being that I like original Airstreams, I do not place too much value on gutted trailers, but others that want to do a custom interior might value them more. I'd suggest the value is in the range of $1000 to $2000, but that really depends upon location, condition of the frame and floor, and what you are looking for and want to do with it. Sometimes gutted Airstreams go a little higher to the right buyer.
