So for those of you who were following along and provided advice,I discovered this on craigslist today and thought you all would find it a little humorous

What would you all value this 31' Sovereign?

Now that is funny.

The second sellers did what the first seller should have done by cleaning and staging, but of course in my mind it still isn't worth near what the first seller was asking...

Who knows if they will hook a buyer or not... it is almost snowbird season in Havisu... in the end, the buyer will set the sale price.

I paid 3K or 3.5K for this trailer, I cant remember which.....

Some will say that is too much, but, I was able to make it clean and fully functional for the purpose I had in mind in about 14 days and less that 1500 in cash....

My brother in law has been living in it since May of 2014. When he is done with it, I will rebuild it....

what he said..

if you are not a full time carpenter, electrician, plumber, and all around handy guy extraordinaire, and with all the kid you have and want to have... find you a newer model to buy and pull that with the old burb.

after a while of 7 MPG or so towing, you will get rid of that burb and get something newer.. that get better gas mileage.

Mine looked to be in wonderful shape but when one thing leads to another it really adds up fast. Just know what you're getting into, it is a lot of fun working on it though!
