What price for this Sovereign?

My friend Jo Anne has to sell her unfinished project 73 Sovereign. It was destined to be her summer cottage in the woods but the property it was to sit on is being sold and she has nowhere to keep it. We have gutted all the cabinets and appliances. We have refinished the interior with mahogany doorskin stained a honey gold color. The floors are pale bamboo. Since it was intended to be stationary we ripped out all the wiring and had it redone for 120v. It features in floor electric heat (which still needs to be hooked up but is in place.) I think it's usefulness as a travel trailer is unlikely with all the 12v wiring and stuff gone. It would make a really cool office or guestroom or studio or getaway cottage. Any ideas what we should ask for when we sell it?

As you can see it is an empty shell and will need more work for whatever future use it will have. She has a new unused electric stove to go with it. It is being sold as-is so new owner would need to finish electrical fixtures. 120v Wiring is in place, but needs to have connections made in the circuit box. No plumbing is done yet so that keeps the layout of the space open to future design plans of the next owner.

Any ideas about appropriate asking price would be welcome!
