What might this 2007 be worth?

I am looking at a 2007 27FB SE LS. Excellent condition. One owner who took great care. I am confused by NADA and market. Any help would be appreciated!!

My guess, based on various 25FBs that are on sale now and what I paid for my very nice 2007 23' SE LS earlier this year - upper $30ks. But the west coast seems to be somewhat higher priced...

If you can buy it for NADA price do so. But most likely NADA will be unrealistically low compared to actual selling prices. I think NADA uses a depreciation figure and not actual sales data to set their value. I do not look at trailers that new, so I got no real idea what it is worth.

Tom, Bill & BK,
You are confirming my suspicions. I am hitting on the high $30K area also and that seems to be the area where it will trade. It helps to hear from AS owners who have “Been there…Done That!” It’s our first AS and we want to do it right.

Also, I am puzzled by NADA and their inability to properly value Airstreams.

Thanks so much for the input!
