Value of modified 1969 Caravel

Hello! Wondering what the value of a 1968 Caravel in decent shape is? This appears to be an odd year as the floor plan changed. It has a gaucho up front and the back has been converted to extra storage (may have previously had another bed?). Here is the description:
Both tires are good and it has a spare underneath. I had new brakes (electric) put on it and the wheel bearings repacked before taking it on a trip a couple of years ago. It doesn’t leak anywhere (from seams, roof, or plumbing), the aluminum skin looks OK, but has never been polished. It has 2 new (10 gal each, I think) propane tanks on the front and all the sewage/water/electrical hook up gear is stored in the rear bumper. It has a newer Coleman electric 30 amp air conditioning unit on the roof that blows really cold air. Also has the original ceiling air vent with electric fan. On the exterior, it has one dent where the aluminum skin joins the right rear bumper (from when the bumper bottomed out while crossing a culvert). Has a roll out awning for shade mounted on the side. Everything works on the inside. It still has the original gas/electric Dometic refrigerator, the gas oven works and has 4 burners on top and an electric vent fan, has a sink, gray/black water holding tank and a fresh water holding tank with 12 volt battery and water pump if there’s no hook ups. It’s set up to sleep 2 people. The couch turns into a double bed and there are storage cabinets on all 4 walls of the trailer. Also has a cedar clothes closet and counter top over more storage in the back. Has a small bathroom with flushable toilet, sink, and shower head (the whole bathroom is used as the shower stall). It has an electric/propane interior furnace/heater and propane hot water tank. The floor is 2/3 berber carpet and 1/3 linoleum and no floor rot. It has racks for a microwave and small TV and is wired to hook up the TV to an exterior TV antenna that is removable. Comes with a slide in ball hitch with weight leveling bars for towing and 4 manual leveling jacks for set up.

This Price vs Condition website may help. My guess from the pics is that it's in the low/mid "average" range, depending on "real" damage and workability of the systems & appliances.

Overall, the small vintage trailers are very desireable and get more than some of the bigger ones.

Why does the left wing window look like it is blacked out? Has it been replaced with a tinted window, or is it just a trick of light?

Good question - I purchased another vintage Airstream yesterday so it may remain a mystery! I found a 1967 Caravel in 99% original condition - it is absolutely beautiful! I sat drinking my coffee this morning and just staring at it sitting in my driveway...

Pictures

Hi Rodney,
Here are a few photos I just took. The floor is obviously replaced and it has a new toilet - I was told the original toilet cracked after being left full of water all winter. The cushions and drapes are the originals and they are in amazing condition. I bought this from Jack (in the photo) and towed it home from Canada yesterday - it was quite the adventure!
