Pricing on 2016 sport22

Need some advice, have negotiated down to 43,995 on a new 2016 22' sport with leather. Is this a fair purchase price or should I try and get lower? 56k msrp

from what I read on this forum 20% of MSRP is pretty good...but the 2017s are out, was there a price increase? May be somebody else can chime in...keep us posted and good luck

I think they might go a bit lower but it depends on the particular dealer. I sold our 2016 Sport last spring because my local AS dealer offered us such a lowball trade-in on a Pendleton. They weren't interested in making a deal and were convinced that if I went out of state (which only took a few phone calls to find a better deal) for a better price they'd still sell the Pendleton and not have lost a sale. Bonehead thinking...
Make an offer of 42K, and be prepared to act if they bite.
