My quest continues...
I've come across this 69GT which has been rennovated rather well with many nice features and one major downside.

As you can see from the photos, the owner moved the side bath to the rear to add a tub/shower & porta-potty, removed the waste tank and in the process reduced the sleeping capacity to 2 (max 3 with an airmattress on the floor or additional mods to create a slideout/folding sleeping platform in the aisle).
The current asking price is $9500 which would be a bargain had the original floorplan/sleeping arrangements been retained.
I think I coud actually make this set-up work for me for 4-5 years before needing to get into something larger, but then there is the question of resale value with a limited set of interested buyers (singles, couples/no kids).
Thoughts?
