Price Question from a Newbie *1969 Overlander*

My neighbor is selling a 1969 International Land Yacht Overlander that he bought to restore. He's selling due to a divorce. It needs a new goucho bed (the original was removed). The flooring is fine. some of the cabnetry needs to be restored. The roof ac works. The plumbing is fine. It has carpet down, but it needs to be pulled up and replaced with tiling. All the window gaskets need to be replaced. The exterior is fine. There are no leaks. The asking price is $2300. Is that too high? Please let me know if I need to provide any additional information.
