NADA confusion

I am looking at a 2005 34 classic. On the NADA there are two listings that look exactly alike and no way to differentiate between the two, but there are different values. Anyone have a clue????

I just took a look at the NADA website. I am seeing two different 34 footers; one has the slide-out (SO) and the other does not. Could this be what you are looking at?
