If those tires have been sitting outside in one place for four years uncovered and exposed to the sun, they may very well be shot. Not saying they are for sure, but if it were down here in Florida... yeah, they'd be shot. Those UV rays tear up rubber. Hopefully you're ok.

You got a great deal on the trailer.

As you prepare for moving I would add that you should check for any rear end sag. In your photos there appears to be some gapping between the shell and the rear bumper. This may be an optical illusion, but combined with the concrete blocks placed under the rear frame it may be indicative of rear end sag which is common in rigs of this era. If there is substantial weakness you may need to provide some temporary support for your trip home.

should be 6 lug just like the rest, but the spare tire didn't come standard, so whatever mount has been made is custom.

google search reveils 6 x 5.5" which is same as chevy 4x4, good i know i got a few of them around already
