We bought a 2014 25fb Int last mat with 1ac, main Awning only, convection microwave, ultra leather, inverter, hitch, and Fiamma bike rack for less than that......

Sure is. But I'm going to play a different way. Only Signatures offered in an FB configuration are the 23FB, 25FB, and 27FB.
So...
If new from a dealer that's at least in the ballpark for a 27FB. Otherwise $68,000 is too high.
