Good. An International will cost more than the prices I was thinking about because we bought a Safari, but I hope you got a great deal.

I think we did. Of course the salesman said we did. I did do some homework, and it looks to me like we did as well as we could with existing inventory.

Strangely enough, we ended up buying the very trailer we first stepped into when we decided to buy one.

Cpngrats on your purchase

They've lowered the price from $70K to 65K.... yet that is still more than I could get straight off the lot from Colonial....

Thanks, we're pretty excited about it. I bet all y'all know that feeling.
It's a pretty big toy.

I noticed that ad says 25FB.. We got an International CCD 80th Anniversary edition 27FB with the fake leather and microwave options ( I wouldn't have ordered the micro but it came that way) for less than 65K.

Colonial's pricing was very competitive. The difference, for us, was down to the $ 3100 it would cost to get it towed to Texas, where we have our storage. We didn't like that idea. Or that cost.

And the dealer in Katy Texas pretty much matched Colonials pricing. Maybe came in a little less. One other trailer we were working on in Ft. Worth got sold Saturday, and when we heard that we contacted our best deal so far and grabbed it.

Someone has probably suggested this already, but give Sutton RV in Eugenr or a try. I submitted a request for pricing through their website for a similar unit and they immediately replied with a discount like he one you need. I was then able to negotiae a couple of small upgrades that knocked off another couple of percent. I did this in the last three weeks, btw.

Thanks, Brad, but we bought the 27FB in Katy, Texas, last month. We flew up to Houston, rented a new F-350, and towed it up to Dallas and put it in storage. Spent two nights in it, and we hated to leave it.
