I have choosen to go with progressive inshurance on my 72 Argosy and with agreed value! I need to have a professional appraisal done Any Ideas on who or how?
You are attempting to insure an antique. With that in mind I would try and talk to some antique car owner and see how they are able to arrive at an agreed price with their insurance companies.

There is a member on the forums who is an appraiser for vintage aircraft, autos and he will appraise vintage Airstreams. I would PM SilverPal and they can help you with what you need.
Also Polk Associates in CA (805)585 4067. He is also a forums member but I don't know his screen name.
Progressive told me the only way I could document value was to have an official AS dealer do it. My experience with this was less than satisfactory. The one and only AS dealer in Albuquerque pulled out a NADA blue book and said it only goes back to 75. Said a 75 Tradewind lists as worth $2500 so mine is obviously worth less. Then he gave me the bum's rush because he was embarrassed to have my 71 on his lot at all.

I'm in Texas, so my experience would not apply to you, but I was able to secure quite satisfactory appraisals from two different dealers. Progressive took the average of the two appraisals as the value of the trailer. I am quite satisfied.
For vintage units, an appraised value is the only way to insure that you will receive the full value of your unit should you suffer a calamity of some sort. That has happened to me with Progressive as the insurer and they paid full agreed value on that incident. I like the way they do business.
Jim Polk (Silverpal2) is a professional appraiser.....he did an appraisal for us when our 69 Overlander was broadsided and he did an excellent job for us. We highly recommend Jim. paula
