Airstreams really do appreciate!

Wow! I sold this trailer over three years ago on this site. The seller is using the exact same photos I listed.
Matter of fact, the pictures are of my house, the same pics I listed to sell this unit. I did all of the restoration and upgrades referenced in the listing over four years ago. I sold it for 12.5K
The new owner is seeking over 18K.

See it here:

eBay Motors: 1983*Airstream Excella *34' Totally Restored! Excellent (item 290110148724 end time May-06-07 18:00:00 PDT)

I listed it here on this site at the link below :

Wow! An amazing restoration job...one of the best I've seen. That's definitely something you can be proud of!

Really nice job!

You must be proud! BTW...we got our Ernestine in SC. She didn't like her first Midwest winter too much, but is at the "Spa" in Ohio for a full facial and I think has forgiven us.

Restoration job...

Wow! Great job on the restoration, Smily! Sorry, but I've got to say it... Selling on E-bay from New York, New York... making money off the back of someone elses labor and on top of that, was too lazy to even think of making up their own ad!! Wonder if you contacted him, if he'd take credit for the restoration work...? Or, if you just sent him an email with your previous ad... what a schmuck!

not to be a party-pooper or anything...but it hasn't really appreciated until someone actually pays that much money for it.

Unfortunately in my neck of the woods our home gets reassessed every two years. Great for the local taxing districts, bad for the homeowner. I agree with your statement but the local appeals folks don't buy this as an excuse to challenge your assessment.

That is a gorgeous Excella--I've been watching it--but it looks like what you sold it for is still a fair price--he hasn't been able to get much above it.

But that is skeevy using your pics--I've had people resell something I've sold them and they ask if it's ok to use the pics--I always say yes, but they ASKED!
