Advice on a Price (or two)

We're hoping to find a good used, newer unit. Bambi 19'. Looking around for them has been an experience. At the moment, we have two on the front burners.

One is a 2000, good shape, for 24k.
The other is a used 2006, excellent shape, 32k.

The first seller refurbished his. The second seller has to pay the balance of the original bank loan and can't take less than 32.

They both sound like good deals. There are so many components that go into what makes a deal truly good.

We recently talked to people who paid a little less than $24K for a 2002 19' Bambi and they had looked for months for one. Theirs had a few extra features that the previous owner had done at the factory.

You are correct about the number of components constituting a good deal. We know from the changes we have made to our 2002 Bambi (purchased new) that there are many "upgrades" possible which can increase the value, IF you like those upgrades.

Thanks, Tim. I'm sure the one with our name on it will turn up, it's just a question of when. Then we have to hope we can get to see it and it isn't too far away.

Colonial of New Jersey has some sweet deals right now but by the time we get it sent it out here, the price is just as high as what we can buy from a dealer out here. So... we'll continue our search.
