What is fair market price for an as found 88 Excella 500. Ammonia leak in fridge, no rear mattresses, water filter leaks. Other details unknown. Straight body, but finish shows it's age. What do you think?

Assume they all are neglected and be surprised the 1% of the time they are not. A quick redecorate job can cover a lot of water damage. Go for a rear bedroom if you can get it. They are easier to fix and to find the rot.
Depending, anywhere from $1000-10,000.
With no pictures, no inspection of any appliances or mechanicals, and a known bad $1200 fridge, it could be worth anything. Or nothing.

I'll try and get some photos. Not much appears to have been done with this trailer. Probably the original carpet. Other than weathering, the skin is in good shape. The wood cabinets look good. Window and rock guard look good. It is a rear twin. Mattresses are missing.
My guess is 5 to 7K, but that's only a guess.
