Have found and looked at this unit today. Widow selling after husbands death 3+ years ago. Sitting outside since. Purchased new early 06. Husband used as home in various jobs around the SE US.
No dents or scrapes on exterior but covered with pollen and dirt. Interior soiled, but everything works. Has crosswise rear bed I would convert to twins. Would also replace all flooring as it is dirty and stained.
I did icepick test of all floor around edges. Only concern is a modest hump in floor in hall between the split bath. Signs of shower leak in trim outside shower front. Jumped on rear bumper and wife saw no rear separation.
She is asking $29K but believe she would take much less.
I would love opinions on value and also if some expert inspector is available in the Savannah, GA area to give me their thoughts. How do I find such an inspector?
