20' MH? Value, floorplan, etc

I have located a potential project - a 20ft Argosy MH that has not moved in at least a year (since I first spotted it). It is sitting with a window cover on, on flat tires, looking pretty unused. I'm guessing they might take an offer on it just to get the spot back in their driveway.

I notice it has wrap around rear windows. I assume that means it is a rear bed, unless they put wrap arounds in the bathroom Can anyone point me to a floorplan?

Any advice on approching it? I might get shot down (though hopefully not shot), but it would be worthwhile just in case I could pick it up for a reasonable price. I've always wanted one!

Here is a link to the floor plans for 1974 20' Argosy Motorhome. We have the rear bed model like the one you're describing.

Not sure what to suggest on approaching the current owners. If it was me I'd just walk up to the front door and knock

Good luck and keep us posted as to what happens.

Oh yeah, don't forget the pictures!

Thanks, just what I wanted. I've only seen one in person, and that was at the RMVAC rally a few years ago, and it was gutted at the time. Looks like a nice layout. I could really see myself taking one of those camping, pulling my little boat along behind!
