1986 32' value?

I paid $10K for it 3 years ago.

Here are the issues - the carpet needs cleaning, there are 2 minor dents, plus the usual clearcoat peel. Water does not pump from fresh water tank (probably a minor fix) and the fridge cycles on/off in the summer (but seems OK in the winter and is currently very cold)
All in all it looks presentable, at least on the outside.

The good things, the AC is new, Univolt is recent, fridge has been replaced in '95 and the carpet a few years ago. Double-sized bed (not twins) Furnace works, etc.

I will be upgrading to a bigger unit and will post it in classifieds once I get the pics taken. I wanted to get an idea of what's a fair price is for this unit in PA area, in the $9K range maybe? I am not in a hurry to sell, sometime in Feb/March ideally.
