1976 29 ft Land Yacht

Going to look at a 1976 Land Yacht, some upgrades in fabric, flooring and counter resurfacing, ac/heat new; not sure what else yet and shell in good shape, said one small dent on front (but we know what that could mean). Tires within 2 years. What would one expect to pay for a this year/model? I know that I dont have much info on the inside yet...so ballpark for now will work

My rule of thumb for AS longer than 25' and older than 1975 is $3,000 base, plus whatever upgrades. Sounds like this one might fetch $4,000-$4,500 (half for the tires, $500 for the A/C, some for the counter/floors). If it's truly a small dent, that is. The nice thing about a '76 is that you've got a gray tank--a good trade for a "small dent."
