1973 Argosy

Any advice appreciated. I've done lots of research but not found anything that seems to be solid advice. I'm 'considering' selling my 73 26' Argosy. The interior is in near original condition (but cleaned, cleaned and cleaned more), the exception being that the original gaucho and fresh water holding tank are missing. All original Harvest Gold stove, oven and fridge work. Furnace also works.Original water heater has been replaced with a new high efficiency one. Gas lines have been certified and pressurized.

I have repaired the few rotted sections of flooring, replaced the bathtub with a new galvanized steel tub, rebuilt the bath vanity, put in new vinyl plank flooring, added new tires, and painted the exterior.

Any input on pricing would be greatly appreciated. She is 26' with twin beds in center...even has original Airstream mattresses that look (and feel) as if they have never been used.

Hopefully I have attached the photos correctly. Thank you in advance for your opinion.
