1971 27' Land Yacht International

I am new to this forum, great to be here!

My wife and I have always been campers, and have only dreamt of owning an Airstream, but have never felt we could afford one. Well, that may have changed. We found a 1971 27' Airstream Land Yacht International, which has had pretty much everything replaced; new carpet, vinyl, water heater, refrigerator, faucets, water pump, etc. When I looked up the NADA on it, presuming it must be an Overlander T or T and D, it only showed $2500 of value. I was presuming it would have much more value than that. This was confusing, and I am curious what it would truly be worth.

So if anyone out there has and opinion to share on the value of this rig, I would appreciate any input you might have. We would really love to become Airstreamers...

Pictures and a list of updated items could help folks on the forum help you get a better idea here.

Yes because quality of work and depth of redo are the important considerations along with current condition. Please include pictures of under the cabinet and any exposed subfloor plus plumbing and some electrical. Thank you and welcome!
Gotta get busy! Have a great day! Now where did I put those revits?

NADA values are notoriously low for Airstreams. Look at current classified ad prices here on the Forums, and read this article for a good feeling of what things may be worth.

In short, any product is worth what a person is willing to pay.

The best gauge of value is what similar Airstreams have SOLD for, not asking price.
The fact that I am opinionated does not presuppose that I am wrong......
