1960 Caravanner value?

What a reasonable range for a 1960 caravanner? No photos yet but know issues are flat tires and an AC mod where the front window was.

I'm assuming it was used for camping until recently but parked at a campsite so no regular maintenance.

What's a reasonable range for an as found 1960 caravanner unit where the appliances and water/tanks cannot be tested?

Note that the price guide has not been updated for years, however, and may bit reflect current pricing. It still has some great information, however.

I did not buy it. Frame was so rotted out at rear bumper would move considerably with little pressure. Beyond frame the end caps had wavy dents windows had all sorts of wonky user mods, floor rot in the usual places and interior was painted with some think paint and all plumbing was ripped out so tank replacement was likely. It had been sitting outside for a LONG time with no attention. I offered 800 as it would be frame off restoration with a rebuilt frame. I would also need to get hubs and tires just to get it home. His bottom line price was 3250. I would have gone up from my offer but not anywhere near his ask for this camper. Too rich for my blood for a unit I was not in love with. A spreadsheet on costs showed a large investment before considering my time.

He now says he sold it to "a lady" in California. I'll wait to see as I'm in no hurry. Would prefer a 1965 vintage trailer anyway. This one was just close enough to go take a look.
