After looking at the pictures closely, I think I know why it's being parted out. It has an OU Sooners tire cover on the back. The last picture has a reflection of the picture taker and he/she is wearing an orange shirt. It has somehow come into the ownership of an Oklahoma State Cowboys fan and he/she can't adequately fumigate it of that OU taint to use it. Just guessing.

Hate to get serious here, but I'm betting that he will end up over a period of time generating more money than selling it as a complete piece.

Back in the early days of Corvette an owner was found deceased in the new car after several days in the Ca. desert. The only things salvageable were the engine and running gear.

I like the propane tank rearrangement to create space for a generator (?).

The interior might be gutted, hence only body parts for sale. Also it is being sold by a dealer, who probably took it as a trade and paid the previous owner very little. Being a dealer, they likely have plenty of storage space and time to sell it off piece by piece making a nice profit.

I know that some people like to gut-out trailers and refurbish the interiors in some custom way. This looks like a good opportunity for such a person to snatch up a nice looking shell, assuming the dealer is willing to sell it complete.

There is a toll free number listed. If anyone is curious enough to make a call, please post the details. Who knows, maybe the interior is still there, in good condition, but smells like cat pee.

Usually when you deal with a lawyer you only get 'part'.

In another picture, it looks like the frame is broke or twisted.

I am going to "guess" that the trailer has some serious issue, most likely the frame is broken. It is sitting very low on the axles which is never a good sign. If you look at the orientation of the trailer, it is parked in a nose down position, but the hitch is still parallel to the ground. This suggests to be that the frame may have broken somewhere in the front of the trailer.

With the increased weight of the generator on the front and lack of any bounce from the axles, this is very possible.

This would still be able to be repaired, but would be costly. The ladder on the side is a first for me...

(?).
I'm speculating that someone died inside (likely suicide). I say this because I once looked at a used car that had a salvage title. Nothing looked wrong with it so when I asked about the salvage title they told me that the inside had been exposed to bodily fluids and declared a bio-hazard and had to be titled "salvage". I didn't buy the car.

Who knows..... I don't think a cracked frame would be bad enough to part out this trailer.

OK who's going to make the phone call to Colaws and find out the real story?

Shoot, you don't have to die inside it to expose a car to "bodily fluids." Such a designation would take any minivan off the resale market; just ask any parent of small children if their interior has been exposed to "bodily fluids."

That would be a VSAT uplink on the roof, which would explain the ladder.

Looking at the first photo, there appears to be a bulkhead added between the door and the front window.

I believe that the trailer has been gutted and converted into some sort of mobile office. If the interior is gone and there are chassis problems, but the exterior is in great shape, it's probably not of interest to anyone but Airforums members.

Colaw's is in the salvage business, and they probably figure they can sell the KT-400 lock, the door, and the awning for more than they'd get for the whole trailer.

Fire in the bedroom? webspinner called it.

The open door in the first photo shows smoke in the top half. Making anything inside usable could be a long, stinky road. PO went for the insurance and left the sat dish & genset behind.

For your 11th post you come up with crap like this! Stuff like this helps no one. If you can't help with something positive, don't post! We will all be better off.
