Volunteer Inspector in Indiana?

Dear AS Friends,

Just curious if there are possibly any volunteer inspectors in Indiana? I'm potentially interested in the pretty rough '78 Excella 500 in the Classifieds. The interior TLC work needed is fine, I'm more worried about possible serious subfloor issues, and what looks like mold in the rear bedroom. Also, just want to make sure it can still be towed safely back to frank's Trailer works in Baltimore, where I plan to have it worked on.

Best

Jim
