Smells like a scam

My wife and I are looking for a Bambi and she came across this "Too good to be true" deal on Craigslist.

Here's a link to the ad:
2006 Airstream Bambi SE

It's a 2006 Bambi SE in perfect condition for $21000. That's the first red flag. I don't think you can find this model in this condition for much under $30000. Of course the condition is perfect with the standard "Only taken out a few times by my granny and only on sunny days" description. He also says it's a Bambi 75th Anniversary Special Edition which was only made in 2007.

Of course we sent a message that we would like to see it since it is in our area, but no answer to our query.

I suspect we would get a response if we said we would buy it sight unseen, just tell us where to send the money.

It's obviously a scam. Should I flag the ad in Craigslist?

I would flag it, not that it will really help. They seem to almost be overwhelming the systems with scam ads. And not just Airstreams, just about anything in demand with a high value potential.

My neighbor, with less than a great command of English, just lost $3,000.00 for a car advertized on Craig's list.

I am sure you can find a scam for anything you are looking for there.
