Interesting you are asking about RV Solutions versus AZ Autoplex. It turns out, last June, I worked with both dealerships. I live in San Diego, so I contacted RV Solutions first. The walk throughs went well, and the sales staff were very pleasant and desirous to please. However, when the transaction landed in the sales manager's desk for approval, the relationship ultimately ended. The manager was rude, dismissive, and he hung up on me on the phone. He did not support his sale people and would not negotiate with customer, me. The salesperson tried several times to be the liason, but we could not get past the audacity of behavior. It just seemed like a bad omen.
The next day, we contacted the Mesa, AZ, dealership. My experience with them could not be more different. The salesperson was willing to negotiate price and put in the effort to offer all the extras I wanted for our Bambi, at a fair discount. The sales manager was pleasant, professional, and extended additional services to make sure I would be happy. The dealership has my highest regard.
I would also like, though it was not in the original query, to recommend Airstream of Los Angeles. Even though our experience with Autoplex was very fruitful, we ended up purchasing with ALA. They simply asked me what they could do to keep me from buying at the Autoplex. I said all they needed to do was give me a reason, and they did. They kicked in a bit more of a price break and secured a motorized hitch. The whole staff has been wonderful and they have made our Airstream experience worry-free. They even kept in contact with us during our entire three-week shake out trip. We have felt very cared for.
Good luck
