Restoration Recommendations

We live in central Indiana and are looking for some professional help in restoring a 16' 1972 Argosy. It's in tough shape (bathroom floor rotted, needs new furnace, needs new belly skin, awning replacement, etc) just to name a few. We have all the parts to the bathroom it just needs reassembling. We been in touch with P & S Restoration in Ohio and Woodland Travel Center in Michigan, but would like further input from other restorers in our area before spending what appears to be more than we had hoped. We're hoping to keep it within a 5oo mile radius of Indianapolis. Any and all recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks, Cindy and Bob

Smile restoration recommendations

If you are looking for parts, we have had good luck with Docs Sales, in Bunker Hill, IL (Docs used auto home page) and VintageCampers.com in Peru, IN.
We aren't purists and have used newer products (fridge, water heater, AC), but have been able to find most of the original era items we've needed for our 1961 AS Sovereign. Some things, such as eyebrows, window seals, etc. we've had to order from Amazon or Ebay. Good luck and have fun! We took ours out for the first time this 4th weekend and had a great time. Makes it all worth it!
