Is there someone in the vicinity of Wilmington, NC who feels able and willing to have a look over a 1978 Argosy Minuet in Holly Ridge, NC?

The seller listed this trailer on eBay, but I was unwilling to bid into their reserve price for a trailer that was unseen. The seller reports that the trailer is in usable condition, with many original features. I was thinking that I could come up a bit in price if an independent third party with experience could confirm the seller's claims.

"We stripped out the old carpet and padding, sanded off the residue and installed linoleum, made new upholstery. fixed all the old plumbing issues including rebuilding the faucets and new faucet handles and Thetford valves. The water heater has a new control box and burner, there's a new battery and tires, the breaks and bearings were cleaned, bearings packed, both functioning perfectly. The fridge is propane/electric and COLD also larger than many I've seen. Furnace is furnacing. The stove/oven works like new, we dismantled it and had the range top, oven door and trim, media blasted and powder coated. And there is a new breakaway switch and marker lights as well as new license plate holder and light. The Propane tanks are aluminum. the electrical/ charging system is flawless, lighting all original and working. Basically she's good to go and ready for self contained or hook up camping. Included are stabilizing/leveling jacks, hook up hoses and vintage style awning. The mounts for a roll out awning are on the camper but the frame and awning were missing when we purchased her, we have not bothered with the replacement, we prefer the vintage style as you get more coverage.... no air conditioning."
