Immediate need for an inspector in Vienna, Va!

Folks, the wife and I have been keeping an eye out for a Sovereign for quite awhile now and through some sort of miracle one just popped up close to us. I was wondering if anyone knows of an inspector available in the Vienna, Va area who could take a look at short notice.

We're so excited that I'd really prefer not to have our excitement cloud our judgement!!!
