It's probably real. This summer I looked at an all original 1968 Avion 28 ft. It was in the original owners backyard and had been neglected for years. It had all the paperwork and manuals in it from where he bought it. Asking price was $1500. The more I hemmed and hawed the lower the price got. I just didn't want a project.

Sometimes people just need something gone fast or need quick cash. Somebody who lives close should jump on this if they are willing to take a chance it might need extensive work. It might have title issues as well... I would take that chance if it was near me! Leland

Will be interesting to see what you find. The photos do not show any obvious signs of leaks in the ceiling, or on any of the interior paneling or bedding etc.. That antique clock over the bed in the front (photo 3/5) may be worth $350 on its own?
