I had just finished my taxes using H R Block's software when I discovered several questionable entries. If you are using said software you may want to check it carefully.

The issues I had came about when I imported data from a third party. Those required to take a mandatory IRA withdrawal will see that amount combined with Pensions and recorded on line 16a rather than as a separate amount on line 15a. This years software no longer seams to have an override function to separate this error.

Imported ordinary dividends may be posted more than once thus increasing your tax liability. There is a notation associated with these entries asking you to verify each entry so you might pick this one up if the list is not that long.

I has several calls to HRB customer service questioning these issue only to have the agents hang up when it was clear they could not ever understand the question. I currently have a letter going to HRB Corporate Offices for their comments. I will post any reply.
