I also bought from Sutton in Eugene, OR when I purchased our new 2010 25' FC.
Between the negotiated discount and the great value they gave me on my trade-in we got what we think is a good deal from Sutton. Salesman's name was Terry.
We live 25 mi from Airstream NW in Covington, WA and I have used them for routine service and been pleased. My cousin has bought two airstreams from Airstream NW (he got one foot itis after first buying a 19 and went up to a 27 three months later).
I think the ability to successfully negotiate depends on what you're bringing to the table, your ability to read the economy in RV business, and your ability to walk away if you're not satisfied. they usually call back.
