It's no error. It's a scam. What you normally see is someone has had thier account compromised. This "person" is selling this with that cracked account. If you notice they want you to email to them at an aol account. They will also not due paypal, they will most likely want a cashiers check mailed to a PO Box overseas or a wire transfer to a 3rd world country bank. Normally they take a older sale and use those pictures. Last time I saw this, I sent an email to the ebay account and asked them if they knew about this sale. The sale ended 30 minutes later. Ebay was upset with me and kept sending me nasty notes. I guess they don't like to let that commision slip away. BTW, they will ship you the trailer in 2 to 3 days for around 15 dollars

well.. the wally numbers on the front are clearly visable... it's easy enough to verify if the owner was the seller. According to my book, the owner of those numbers lives in OH.

Here are some rules for sellers:

Seller Non-Performance

When a seller lists an item on eBay, and a buyer bids for and wins that item, the seller and buyer have entered into a contract. Both members are expected to honor that contract. In accordance with that contract, the seller may not:

Fail to deliver an item for which payment was accepted.
Significantly misrepresent an item by not meeting the terms and item description outlined in the listing.
Refuse to accept payment for an item at the end of a successful sale.
Refuse to accept a buyer’s PayPal payment using a credit card if the seller included the PayPal logo in the listing which signifies the seller will accept PayPal payments. Sellers are not permitted to state in their listings that PayPal payments made via credit card will not be accepted.

Violations of this policy by a Seller may result in a range of actions, including:

Listing cancellation
Limits on account privileges
Account suspension
Forfeit of eBay fees on cancelled listings
Loss of PowerSeller status
Referral to Law Enforcement
Ouch!

if you were the "Buy it Now" person, I wouldn't send any money . . . they emailed me and said it's in storage in San Jose . . . something about going on a trip to Europe.
