Why thanks Chaplain, but you're outbid!! I'm sitting with a reserve of $25K waiting for someone to take me there. I'm sure the $15K has already ticked off the scammer though. I wouldn't be surprised if he ended the auction early at this point!
I think he's going to have to find something else to hock -- his AS days are numbered!

You can have it at $26K!! It's going nowhere anyway. You can't buy it, so why not...
I was happy to just run it up high enough where the scammer can't do anything with it anymore. I didn't email him, but I did email the seller. That will be fun won't it?

Hey, why not run it up to $100,000?
I'll play...

Orange? Stays on the tongue? Looks like a Hensley Arrow to me! One of you guys want to offer him an Intrepid to tow it with?

I'm serious, you (anyone) can run it up to $24,900.00. I'm sitting at $25,000.00. That should discourage anyone else from even contacting the guy. I'd hate to see anyone get taken.
I contacted Ebay security (it wasn't as bad as I thought) but that was HOURS ago. What's up with that? When I did the buy-it-now they cancelled the auction within on hour or so.
Oh well, he can't produce the trailer -- so bid away...

I had e-mailed him asking him why the trailer was located in England with an Ohio registration? He replied promptly! He stated that it was a miss-print and the trailer was really in California. I forwarded the e-mail to eBay SafeHarbor.

I contacted eBay yesterday about the time I posted the return of this clown. It took them forever to get around to it, but it has been yanked.
It's jerks like that who really muck things up for the rest of us.
Something tells me though that he or she (maybe it) will return.

Here we go again!
New listing today, 1 day only no reserve! $5200 buy me now. that was blown by a bid most likely by the "seller" himself! It's a 2005 Safari Bambi. Is it too small for 65GT? http://cgi.ebay.com/2005-AIRSTREAM-1...QQcmdZViewItem

Hi - I have changed the name of this thread and added the word "scams" as it more accuratly reflects the topic.
I think this is a really interesting kind of e-militia thread...
