I just used CraigsPal to search the entire country for airstream ads. I think I probably flagged about 30 of them for that Bambi! Some were already flagged, but the majority were not. I felt like I was playing space invaders all over again... search & destroy (or flag, in this case).
I did notice that when I flagged, I received messages that said it takes more than 1 person flagging to remove an ad. Any other warriors out there who want to "kill the bambi"? You can download CraigsPal for free, which is a search engine for the entire country. If you put in Airstream Trailer, you get everything that's currently out there. I'd love for some people to get on there and back up my flagging of all the scams! By the way, the bambi scam ads ranged from '05 to '07 and were about $5K-6K.
I just found and flagged three Babbi's within 500 miles of Minneapolis. They were in the states of IA, NE and MO. I'm with aircooled4 in the last post, we need to keep flagging these as it takes more than one flag to remove the ad.

Reason: spelling
Does anyone have any "inside knowledge" and know how many times a Craigslist ad needs to be flagged before it's removed? I've gone back and re-flagged everything I had done last night, but just wondering how many times it will need to be done before they're gone? Just curious.

Flagging is tracked by IP address, so no matter how many times you flag it, several others with different IP addresses will also have to flag it. Reflagging doesn't do a thing, except make you wonder why it's still there...

Darn. Guess I'll have to flag them again from my work email. Do you happen to know how many flags it takes for removal?
All three that I flagged last night are gone. I flagged them as "Prohibited". I am also still interested in knowing the number of flags, and the right kind of flag. In my case, I have always flagged them as "Prohibited".

That's interesting. I was flagging as "Spam" for lack of a better term. Maybe it doesn't matter how it's flagged, just that it IS flagged (?). As long as they're gone, I'm a happy camper
