We bought a bike rack from them. The transaction went smoothly and they patiently answered all our dumb questions. I'd go back.

They seem to have a very good reputation.

This is a family run dealership and the owners are actual Airstreamers. Nice helpful folks who have a reputation for fair deals and good service.

Any time they've been mentioned here on the forums the feedback seems to always be positive.

Great Dealership

I have dealt with them on numerous occasions and they have always treated me fairly. Good work and they stand behind what they do. Don't hesitate to go see them.

My wife and I are just starting our buying process and spent quite of bit of time with them about 2 weeks ago. Met both the husband and his wife and they seemed very low key and honest. No pressure what so ever and very passionate about AS. We are close to having decided on which model/size and are really hoping to do business with them. Being a smaller, lower volume dealer I'm not sure they can meet the kind of price we might get with a big outfit but I'd be willing to pay a little more to stay local.

I visited a large dealer in Az last weekend and, while they were very nice and all, they tried many of the usual sales tactics which made me appreciate the folks in Spokane that much more.

You may find that they do just as well in price. I am sure they have lower costs to cover than the volume dealers. Big dealers have big costs just to stay in business and must cover those costs by selling a lot of units.

All dealers pay the same price for their units from Airstream.

We've used them several times in the last few years, even though we're two states over and 3 1/2 hours away. We can schedule our time and they have a couple of hook-ups in the parking lot if you have to stay over. They - and Doug, the service manager - know well the older models too. And, best of all, we arrived with a plumbing issue on a first trip after winterizing (two years ago) and they dropped everything to get us back on the road. They are top-notch in our experience.

Their on my short list of good folks.

I called and asked for some advice. I got it. I showed up to introduce myself and they took time to talk about my 75 sovereign. No pressure and great patience. They WILL be getting some of my money. I want them to stay in business where I can reach em.

After we moved to BC in 2007, they became our regular AS service center. In the Inland Northwest, there isn't another one between the coast, Missoula, and Boise. There is a Canadian dealer in Penticton, BC, but this wouldn't be practical for American buyers, and Spokane is actually a lot closer for us.

We've found them (Nick & Karen Dietz, owners, and Doug Fitzhum, mechanic) very easy to deal with (Doug is a bit of a character,) and we bought our second AS from them. They took all kinds of time with us, including explaining how everything works.

We have no reservations about them.

Incidentally, any Airstreamers can stay on their lot for free overnight if you're passing through or have a service appointment.

We stopped here for a bit of warranty work last year. It's a great shop, and they took good care of us. If we lived in the area we'd definitely give them a good chance to win our business.

Their small overnight lot can be a nice perk if you just want a place to crash, but if you need or want to spend the night in Spokane and prefer camping, check out the Bowl & Pitcher campground at Riverside State Park. It's not the best campground in the world, but it's certainly acceptable for a night or two, and it's much more pleasant than parking on an asphalt lot in a light-industry area right next to I-90.

Stopped there once when we had brake problems while on a caravan. They were wonderful. Wish we had a place like that near us in the east.
