2006 Safari in Classifieds

There is a 2006 Safari in the classifieds that claims to sleep six in rear twin beds. I'm a newb, but the pictures seem to show a front bedroom twin. A picture of the dinette area (with the table down) appears to show a hinged hatch on the rear wall but the outside picture doesn't show any penetrations. Can anyone set me straight on this?

We are beginning our search hoping to buy a 25' front bedroom twin this year.

Thanks!

Al

The hinged hatch you think you see is just the hinged table top and hardware, lowered to the sleeping position.

Be Careful!!!!

Hi, I just want to make you aware that the owner has only been a member here for about 2+ days. Some join to list their trailers for sale and some are fraudulent ads posted to try to separate you from your money! Get a location and ask if you can come see the trailer. I hope the posting is legit but please use caution. Happy Trails, Ed

Thanks!

Thanks to you both. I figured I was missing something regarding the " hatch" and I guess the op was referring to the beds made by the dinette and side sofa, but they are not twins.

My concern was exactly what Ed referred to but I'm leaning towards a misunderstanding re: the twins. I'm still a newb but thanks to this forum I know a lot more than I di when I signed up in November.

Hope to join the collection of happy owners this year!

Al

Al and Missy,

Welcome to the forum. I have a 2006 FB with the same interior as in the photos you are looking at. We have the queen bed, but the rest of the trailer is the same. To say that this thing will sleep 6 is a bit of a stretch. I would be careful dealing with an owner that says this.

The table does make down into a decent bed but the lounge, even when pulled out, is marginal for an adult but fine for a child. 5 max, at least that is my opinion.

We love our trailer by the way. Best wishes in your search. If you are looking for a twin set up the price listed is pretty fair. Of course that is presuming the rest of the trailer is in good shape.
