I haven't used Build A Sign - it appears they may be online only. There are similar sign shops in practically every metropolitan (and even rural) areas. You can make your own image and give it to the sign shop or they may have software that allows them to create the sign for you.
Depending on what type of name plate you want you may also contact a local machine shop. Many shops can now download your image and make a laser cut piece of aluminum or stainless steel from your file.
There are also Airstream centric sign shops and laser cutting shops that will make almost anything you want for a price.
